AAI(Airport Authority of India) has announced latest various Post of Computer Science / Information Technology Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical engineering,  Electronic Engineering,  Electronic and Communication Engineering, Draughtsman Civil (ITI), Mechanical Engineering, Fitter (ITI), Mechanic Motor Vehicle (ITI),  Electrician (ITI). Eligibility candidates can apply for the posts from BOAT's web portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in.
Only North Eastern Region(NER) Indian Nationals are eligible. Candidates who have passed a degree/diploma on or after 2017 only are eligible. Last date of application 04.03.2020 at 6.00 P.M.

Qualification:


Applicant should possess a full time regular four years degree in Engineering or 3 years diploma of the stream from Institutions recognized by AICTE, GOI.


Mode of Selection:


  • The selection will be based on the shortlisted candidates' interview/document verification. The candidates selected will be posted at the locations in the North-East region based on their place of registration(in the portal).

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Only North Eastern Region(NER) Indian Nationals are eligible. Candidates who have only completed a degree/diploma on or after 2017 are entitled.

Age limit: 


  • 26 years overall, as of 01.01.2020.
  • (Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST & PWD candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates. However, if candidates in reserved categories are not eligible, the same shall be filled in from other reserved categories / General categories).

General Instructions:


1. Via BOAT's web portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in, interested candidates are required to apply by finding India-RHQ NER, Guwahati, User ID· EASKMC000039 Establishment Airports Authority and clicking the Application button on the next page. 
2. After a successful application, the message will appear "Applied successfully for the training role. You will be contacted by the establishment based on availability".
3. Candidates who did not register with BOAT www.mhrdnats.gov.in should register themselves prior to applying for this position. Correspondence / Correspondence shall not be tolerated in any other way.
4. In the remarks section, the candidates must also include their choice/location/airport option to work as an apprenticeship: otherwise, they will be posted at the location/airport based on the place of registration (in the portal) as no TA/DA will be given for any location.
5. Candidates who have already completed their apprenticeship or terminated their apprenticeship with other organizations are not entitled.
6. The number of candidates to be recruited is indicative and may change as needed without further notice.
7. The shortlisted candidates will be contacted via their mail ID for the interview.
8. During the apprenticeship process, applicants will be subject to the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended in 1973 and to date) and the organization's policies/rules.
9. Booking for SC / ST and OBC will be observed, as appropriate. Nevertheless, if the candidates in the reserved category are unavailable, they will be listed from other reserved categories / general categories.
10. India's Airports Authority has no duty to offer Apprentices daily employment. Depending on this apprenticeship they shall have no right to claim regular employment from AAI at any time. This training program will not impose any burden on AAI to provide the Apprentice with any work. AAI management lakes no responsibility for any kind of job/placement.
11. Management's decision will be definitive and binding on all applicants on all matters relating to the eligibility, acceptance or denial of applications, method of selection, cancelation of the selection process in full or in part, etc. No correspondence on this stage will be entertained. Filling the seats is strictly at the discretion of the management on the basis of candidates' suitability and no argument will be made if any of these seats are not filled due to inadequacy/insufficient number of candidates.
12. AAI Management takes no responsibility for replying to the non-selection candidate/organization.
13. It is the candidates' sole responsibility to have their profile checked by the respective national BOAT / BOPT.
14. The applicant's candidature would be conditional, subject to the verification of certificates/testimonials and the issuance of a Physical Fitness certificate (only to be obtained from a Government Medical Officer / Government Undertaking Medical Officer) at the time of accession.


Method of Application:


  • Step-1 (Registration) : Degree/Diploma Candidates may register at BOAT/Portal www.mhrdnats.gov.in
  • ITI Trade Candidates may register at RDAT/portal www.apprenticeship.gov.in-> Apprentices ->Candidate registration.
  • STEP-II (Application): After completing Slep-l, Registered candidates should visit AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA's website https://www.aal.aero/en/careers/recruitment->Engagement of Apprentices in AAI-NER Candidates are requested to fill up the Format prescribed and forward scanned copy of the application to apprentice_ner@aal.aoro.
