Name of Government Organisation: The National Trust.

Name of Posts: Accounts Officer, Accountant, Programme Associate and LDC.

Qualification & Experience:


1. Accounts Officer : 

For Deputation:     
  
1.  Analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
2.  A post in the pay level-7 (44900-142400)or equivalent with two years regular service in the pay level; or
3.  A post in the pay level-6 (35400-112400) with six years of regular service in the pay level or equivalent and
4.  Pass in the Subordinate Accounts Service or a similar inspection by each of the Central Government's Organized Accounts Departments; or (successfully completed training in cash and accounts work from the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent and four years of experience in cash, accounts, audit and budget work.

Pay Scale: After getting the selection for the vacant post a pay Scale of Rs.47600-151100/-

Age Limit: Not Exceeding 55 Years.

For Direct Recruitment: Applicant should have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.

Pay Scale: After getting the selection for the vacant post a pay Scale of Rs.47600-151100/-

Age Limit: Not Exceeding 30 Years.

Experience:  Four years of experience in handling cash, accounts, budget, work in a Government office or public sector undertaking or autonomous body or statutory body.

Desirable:   Proficiency in computer usage Tally, Micro-Soft word, excel, PowerPoint, etc;


2. Accountant:  

For Deputation: 

(A) Upper Divisional Clerk of Central Secretariat Civil Services with eight years of regular service in the grade; and have undergone training in cash and accounts work from the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent and possess two years of experience of handling cash, accounts and budget work; or

(B) officials working under the departments of the Central Government or State Governments or public sector undertakings or semi - Government or autonomous or statutory organizations holding:

(1) analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(2) post carrying the pay in the pay level-5; (29200-92300) with six years regular service in the pay level or equivalent; or
(3) post carrying the pay in the pay level-4; (25500-81100)with eight years regular service in the pay level or equivalent; and
(4) have undergone training in cash and accounts work from the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent and possess two years experience of handling cash, accounts and budget work.

Pay Scale: After getting the selection for the vacant post a pay Scale of Rs.35400-112400/-

Age Limit: Not Exceeding 55 Years.

3. Program Associate: 

The applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in sociology or social science or Social Works from a recognized university.

Desirable:
(1) Experience of working in the disability sector.
(2) Proficiency in computer usage MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc,.

Pay Scale: After getting the selection for the vacant post a pay Scale of Rs.25500-81100/-

Age Limit: Between 18 and 27 years.

4. Lower Division Clerk:

Applicant should be 12 Class pass qualification from a recognized Board. Typing speed of 35 words per minute on the machine in English.

Desirable: Basic knowledge in Computer Applications-Micro Soft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Pay Scale: After getting the selection for the vacant post a pay Scale of Rs.19900-63200/-

Age Limit: Between 18 and 27 years. (Relaxable for government employees up to forty years in compliance with directions or orders given by the Central Government).
