(SIR) The survey of India has released notification of Motor Driver-Cum Mechanic's post. Candidates who are eligible can apply. Candidates fulfilling all conditions. The candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria of the post will be a call to undergo the test and Critical / skill test for assessment of actual knowledge of motor driving and its maintenance/repair. The duration of the selection process ( test and tactical / skill test ) may extend to about 2 days and candidates are required to make their own arrangements for stay. The date of the selection test will be intimated directly to the candidates. The employment is with liability to serve anywhere in the Union of India including Military Service with a mobilized survey unit. Accordingly, if required the candidates selected at Dehradun, Gandhi Nagar, Patna, Bengaluru, Delhi, Jammu, Jaipur, Chennai, Pune, and Lucknow office can be ordered to serve anywhere in India as and when required and with mobile survey Units. They must be prepared to drive in-plane and hilly areas of India.
