Qualification & Experience:
1. Junior Manager (Civil): Applicant should have 60% of marks in B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum 1-year post qualification experience in construction. Must have experience in construction and maintenance of buildings/ industrial structures/ machine foundations/ road works etc. Knowledge of site survey/estimation is preferable. Applicants must be prepared to operate anywhere in India.
Pay Scale: After getting the selection for the vacant post a pay Scale of Rs.30,000-1,20,000.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is not more than 28 years for Unreserved Category.
2. Junior Manager (Administration): Applicant should have a Graduate with at least 55% marks and 2 years Masters degree in Business Management (MBA) or equivalent with minimum 1-year post qualification experience in administrative activities/office management.
Pay Scale: After getting the selection for the vacant post a pay Scale of Rs.30,000-1,20,000.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is not more than 28 years for Unreserved Category.
3. Assistant Manager: The applicant should have 60% marks in BE/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE or 60% marks in MCA. MCP/MCSE/NCP certification is desirable. Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in ESX, VMWare and Windows server operating system. Exposure to Linux Solaris operating system is desirable.
Pay Scale: After getting the selection for the vacant post a pay Scale of Rs.40,000-1,40,000.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is not more than 30 years for Unreserved Category.
4. Junior Artisan (Filter): Applicant should have an SSC + ITI (Fitter) with NAC with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in equipment maintenance. Experience in steel industry maintenance will be preferred.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit is not more than 30 years for Unreserved Category.
5. Junior Artisan (Electrical): Applicant should have an SSC + ITI (Fitter) with NAC with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in equipment maintenance. Experience in steel industry maintenance will be preferred.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit is not more than 30 years for Unreserved Category.
6. NDT Operator: Applicant should have a Diploma (Metallurgy/ Mechanical) with valid NDT Level-II Certificate in Radiography Testing Should have a minimum of 2 years of post-NDT qualification experience in radiography testing of castings, weld-pads and/or other components Should have experience in handing X-Ray/ Gamma Ray equipment Experience in digital radiography flat panel detector or CR system, etc is desirable Should have a valid TLD badge number. BARC Level-Il certificate is mandatory Experience of handling materials for critical applications such as defense, aerospace, etc. is desirable Candidates possessing valid NDT Level-Il certificate in other methods such as UT, PT. MT will have an added advantage
Pay Scale: After getting the selection for the vacant post a pay Scale of Rs.21,900
